Incident at the Vertical Sky® prototype turbine in Grevenbroich

Soon after the prototypes were completed, a damage incident occurred in Grevenbroich. Investigations are underway to determine the cause.

Property damage occured to Vertical Sky®

At the new large wind turbine Vertical Sky® A32, which was erected at the beginning of September on the wind test field in Grevenbroich near Düsseldorf (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany), a rotor arm broke off shortly after 19:00 on Sunday 15 November 2020. No persons were injured. Property damage was caused.
